And here I shared 5 small, but strategic hooks that can lead to big wins at your trade show – and make a real [emotional] difference. Especially when it comes to face-to-face encounters and, ultimately, the feeling you leave your guests with.
Guests spot you long before you spot them.
So what does your body language say about you?
It all matters.
Negative body language sticks more than positive, so if you look welcoming and open, you’ll naturally come across as more approachable.
What’s the journey you’re inviting the guests into? What do you want them to take away from their visit? Plan next steps to win more of your guest’s time – after the trade show.

Keeping eye contact and nodding 3 times signals you’re listening and will create a space for your guest to talk more – by up to 67%.
The brain use 12 milliseconds to decide our feelings towards someone, and will ask: Do I feel welcome? Is there good energy?
Tell yourself: “AMAZING, I get to be here. Today is going to be a party. I like people, and I’m excited to talk to them – even at 4 PM.”
Good intentions and energy is contagious!
