I became extra aware on where we are weak - and to be honest, I have my own "John"s in the organisation and I am more than sure that it will be a long way to teach these "old dogs" new tricks - but I'll try.

Some of the insights - like counting - I can implement. But Staff Training and roles are going to be a "bit" tougher 😉.
Most of all, you confirmed my intuition on how to conduct our exhibition presence.
