Prior to an international trade show, we will host an online workshop with the well-established brand: Yoast.
The purpose of the trade show staff training is to delve deeper into the the company’s specific pains and how to address them going forward. We will engage in practical exercises, offer personalized insights for the team, and make room for questions/open discussions.
The outcome
After the training workshop, the team will experience a stronger alignment of roles, responsibilities and objectives, and be equipped with the tools to design and execute an optimal customer experience, and structured process for event participation that can be counted, measured, benchmarked and optimized.
